Dr. H. C. Allen has said aptly in the preface of his iconic 'Keynotes..' book that a homoeopath's most significant task is to differentiate between many medicines which covers similar diagnosis or some similar common symptoms as we found them in drug proving records or clinical provings. Because we have to find out the most similar medicine for the individual as a whole to achieve cure through homoeopathy. (See what really the homoeopathy is at dranindya.weebly.com/real-homoeopathy.html page of this website.)
In Homoeopathy there are many medicines for a particular disease. We have to go upto the finer individual charcteristic symptoms to differentiate those medicines and finding the most similar medicine similar to the symptoms of patient & only it is Homoeopathy, not anything else. Here are some examples:
We are very thankful to Dr. H. C. Allen for his labourious and marvelous synopsis work as 'Keynotes..' done from the voluminous 'Hering's Guiding Symptoms' which have 10 volumes.
